Competitive swimming is a very hard sport to do, and it calls
for lots of muscle that work in exact coordination. Swimming is one of the safest sports to play. Competitive swimming
is also an event every four years at the summer Olympics.

In competitive swimming, a pair of goggles and a cap are required for the higher levels of swimming. A cap is worn by both
men and women in order to tie back hair and to make sure your goggles don't fall off during the race. The tighter the bathing
suit, the faster you swim.
